About
6th World Congress of Cutaneous Lymphomas
Cutaneous lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of rare, but potentially life-threatening malignancies affecting about 4,000 new patients annually in the U.S. alone. The disease may be chronic and severely debilitating with no curative therapies currently available, hereby affecting patients’ and caregivers’ quality of life. The patients are managed by dermatologists, hematologists/oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and others with limited communication among these specialists, which poses additional management challenges.
There are gaps in understanding the biology of tumor cells and the supporting tumor microenvironment and understanding how these impact clinical management. In addition, there are novel immune-based and cellular therapies developed. However, it is not clear how to optimize these therapies for cutaneous lymphoma patients. This congress will provide the platform for clinicians to learn about diagnosis and management of these diseases from a multidisciplinary perspective and to improve understanding of the various aspects of these disorders, such as the evaluation of novel biomarkers, incorporating this into patient care or assessment of biopsies to facilitate diagnosis, and for treatment paradigms, as well as assessment of quality-of-life tools and patient-reported outcomes in clinical care and practice.
The World Congress of Cutaneous Lymphomas (WCCL) provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for all participants (basic scientists, dermatologists, hematologists, clinical oncologists, pathologists, radiation oncologists, and others) not only to share the updates and the most recent advances, but also discuss practical challenges in the field of cutaneous lymphomas.
It is a forum to share experiences, exchange scientific ideas, hold practice-changing workshops and debates, and foster networking between physicians, researchers, and all involved in the field of cutaneous lymphomas worldwide. Topics include state-of-the-art advances in basic, translational and clinical research; new developments in the diagnosis, practice and management of cutaneous lymphomas; and promoting the highest standards of patient care.
But this congress is more than just research—it’s also about connection and collaboration. There will career growth, networking and mentorship sessions as well as workshops dedicated to patient and advocacy engagement, and a full social program to help you connect with colleagues from around the world in the heart of Montréal’s Vieux Port. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or just starting out in the field, this will be an unforgettable opportunity to learn, share, and shape the future of care for people living with cutaneous lymphomas.

Invitation from 6WCCL Co-Chairs
On behalf of International Society for Cutaneous Lymphomas (ISCL), it is our pleasure to invite you to the 6th World Congress of Cutaneous Lymphomas (6WCCL) which will be held from June 25 to 27, 2026, in Montréal, Canada – a city renowned for its vibrant culture and historic significance.
Building on the tremendous success of the 5th WCCL, hosted by City of Hope in Pasadena, California—with over 400 delegates in attendance—we are confident that the upcoming 5WCCL will once again deliver a program of exceptional scientific and clinical value. Ensure to submit your abstracts to help shape the scientific program, with opportunities for both oral and poster presentations. Participants will benefit from cutting-edge presentations on the latest research findings, clinical innovations, and emerging multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.
Traditionally every 4 years, we are excited to transition the WCCL to be held every 2 years. This significant initiative of the ISCL reflects the growing global reach of the congress, drawing participants from the North and South Americas, Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia. The multidisciplinary nature of our members includes dermatologists, haemato-oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and dermatopathologists, scientists, dermatology nurses, psychologists, pharmacologists, and many others – ensuring a rich and comprehensive forum for in-depth discussions covering all aspects of cutaneous lymphomas.
The meeting will include competitively scored scientific abstracts, discussions for a revised staging of MF/SS and blood classification for MF/SS, the latest clinical studies, genome-wide studies on genetic alterations in different clinical entities, the clinical implications of these molecular events on the pathogenesis of cutaneous lymphomas and their potential role as future therapy targets. Interactive sessions, workshops, and debates will feature through the program and an educational program will also be available.
The ISCL was brought to life in 1992 by a small group of cutaneous lymphoma enthusiasts who founded ISCL in a little café in downtown New York City. The ISCL founders had a dream of organizing an umbrella organization to facilitate sharing of information to coordinate scientific activities worldwide. Since 1992, annual ISCL meetings were held across the globe bringing alive the dreams of our founders. ISCL-led efforts have improved communication and understanding of the pathological processes in cutaneous lymphomas and developed a staging system in 2007 and global response assessment 2011 – and updated in 2022 – to allow better assessment of our patients response to therapies and in clinical trials. Continued efforts to understand the disease course and responses to therapies have been possible from the PROCLIPI Study, an international prospective prognostic index study, opened in 2015. PROCLIPI has just published a CLIPI (A New Prognostic Index (CLIPI) for Advanced Cutaneous Lymphoma Enables Precise Patient Risk Stratification.Blood.2025.Blood.2025029628.doi: 10.1182/blood.2025029628) to stratify patients with advanced MF/SS into risk groups for overall survival at diagnosis to allow better management decisions and improve survival.
The ISCL reflects the spirit of collaboration we are working toward on all levels, for the shared goal of developing a better understanding and management of cutaneous lymphomas in the relentless search of a cure. We are grateful to all for making the 6th WCCL a success and are delighted to welcome you in Montreal.
Join us in advancing knowledge and improving outcomes for patients worldwide.
We eagerly anticipate your participation in Montréal.

ISCL – International Society of Cutaneous Lymphomas
The International Society of Cutaneous Lymphomas (ISCL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1992 at the World Congress of Dermatology in New York. It is a global organization & comprised of physicians, scientists, and allied healthcare professionals involved in cutaneous lymphomas. The ISCL hosts the World Congress for Cutaneous Lymphomas which takes place every 3-4 years, as well as annual scientific meetings usually in conjunction with larger national specialty society meetings. The ISCL established Cutaneous Lymphoma International Consortium (CLIC) in 2013, which is a multinational, interdisciplinary, project-based research alliance of cutaneous lymphoma expert centers worldwide to generate large-scale clinical and translational data for greater impact.
- Increase awareness of lymphoproliferative and related disorders of the skin.
- Foster collaborations among clinicians, scientists, and regional or national groups by being sponsor of an international registry of cutaneous lymphomas.
- Promote dissemination of information by organizing scientific meetings.
- Favor consensus about diagnosis, management, and treatment of cutaneous lymphomas
