Dr. Ivan Litvinov is an Associate Professor in the Division of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University. He earned his Ph.D. in cellular and molecular medicine from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and his M.D. from McGill, where he also completed his dermatology residency. From 2015–2017, he served as Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Litvinov has held leadership roles including regional director (Quebec) of the Canadian Dermatology Association (2019–2021) and president of the Skin Research Group of Canada (2021–2023). He currently serves as treasurer of both the ISCL and the Canadian Dermatology Foundation and is organizing the 6th World Congress on Cutaneous Lymphoma (WCCL) in Montreal.

He provides complex medical dermatology care at St. Mary’s Hospital Centre in Montreal and leads research in cutaneous lymphomas, keratinocyte carcinomas, and melanoma, supported by CIHR grants. His honors include the CIHR Early Career Award in Cancer (2020) and the CDA President’s Cup Award (2019).
