
Jason D. Hipp, MD, PhD, is a board-certified anatomic pathologist and physician-scientist with expertise in computational pathology, digital pathology, and artificial intelligence in diagnostic medicine. He completed his pathology residency at the National Institutes of Health and a clinical informatics fellowship at the University of Michigan. He previously founded and served as Chair of Computational Pathology and AI at Mayo Clinic and has also held leadership roles at Google/Verily and AstraZeneca. He is currently Founder and CEO of JDH Consulting, where he advises emerging companies in pathology and diagnostics and supports innovation in digital and AI-enabled technologies for the field.
